升降货梯产品结构坚固，承载量大，升降平稳，安装维护简单方便，是经济实用的低楼层间替代电梯的理想货物输送设备，在人们的生活中已经被广泛的应用，它能够代替人不能到达的位置进行操作，所以很是被人们喜爱，作为人们重要的好帮手，它的维护当然也是很重要的，就拿它的检修来说，主要可以分为一下四个步骤来完成。

1、卸下并拆开升降货梯下降阀，用压缩空气将柱塞吹净，然后装入，重新安上。

2、检查所有的液压管道和接头。管道不得破损，接头不得松动，必须将所有接头拧紧。

3、把液压油放尽弃掉，拧紧接头取出油过滤器，洗清后，用压缩空气清理干净，然后放回油箱，并联接好管路。
Discard the hydraulic fluid exhausted, tighten the connector to remove the oil filter, after cleared, cleaned with compressed air, then back into the tank and piping connection is good.
4、换上新油，不要断续使用旧油。否则系统中的运动部件就会加速磨损。
Put new oil, not intermittent use the old oil. Otherwise, the system will accelerate the wear of moving parts.
